How It Works
1. Make an Introduction
Send a warm intro to a founder, investor, or operator who shares our belief in building for profit and planet.
If the conversation turns into a signed engagement or an LP commitment, you qualify.
2. We Do the Work
We run our process, assess the fit, and support the venture or investor from there.
You stay in the loop at each key step.
3. You Share the Upside
If your intro leads to a venture joining the studio or an investor joining the fund, you receive a meaningful reward.
What You Can Earn
For Venture Studio Referrals
If a founder you introduce signs a studio agreement:
You receive a share of the first year’s revenue from that venture.
7 percent: cold lead that converts
10 percent: ready-to-sign founder
12 percent: founder + pre-committed capital
2 percent equity bonus: if they unlock a flagship or category-defining venture
For Fund Referrals
If you introduce an investor who commits £250,000 or more to Insurgent Fund I:
You receive 10 percent of the management fees generated from their commitment for the life of the fund, plus 5 percent of the carry Insurgent earns from their capital.
If you introduce an anchor investor committing £5 million or more:
You receive 15 percent of management fees on that commitment, plus 8 percent of carry linked to their capital, and a seat on the LP Advisory Circle.
All fees and carry are paid to you in line with our normal fund distribution schedule, pro rata and fully documented.
