Whistleblowing

Insurgent is committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and accountability in every aspect of our work. We expect the same from the partners, suppliers, founders, and collaborators we work with. If you become aware of behaviour that undermines these principles, we want to know about it.

This whistleblowing channel exists to give employees, contractors, partners, and members of the public a safe and confidential way to report concerns about wrongdoing.

What You Can Report

You may raise concerns about any behaviour that appears unethical, unsafe, unlawful, or contrary to our values, including:
• fraud, financial misconduct, or misappropriation of funds
• corruption, bribery, or conflicts of interest
• bullying, harassment, discrimination, or abuse of power
• environmental or impact-related misrepresentation
• breaches of data protection or confidentiality
• violations of our Code of Ethics, impact principles, or regulatory obligations
• attempts to conceal or cover up wrongdoing

If you’re unsure whether an issue qualifies, raise it. We would rather hear from you early than miss something important.
